Lumiere Brothers

The Lumiere Brothers, August and Louis, were 2 very creative men who created the Cinematographe machine which allowed them to produce many actualisation films which they shared with the world. August and Louis captured people in their day to day lives making their footage raw and real. I've decided to produce a blog post on the brothers as I thought it would be interesting to find out more about some of the worlds first documentary makers, and perhaps it could help me when I come to film my very own.
